A practical application of the behaviorist theory are also programmed learning, language labs, and the popular PC programs for self-paced learning. > Learning means the deliberate (intentional learning) and the casual (implicit and tacit learning), individual or collective acquisition of intellectual, physical, social knowledge, skills and abilities. From lernpsychologischer point of view learning is considered relatively stable change of behavior, thinking or feeling because of experience or newly acquired insights and understanding (processed perception of environmental or awareness of their own emotions) a process. The ability to learning is a prerequisite for human and animal adapt to the realities of life and the environment to, it makes sense to act and, where appropriate, in their own interest to change it. The ability to learn even a prerequisite for education and training, so a visible relationship to themselves, others and the world is for the people.

The results of the learning process are not always of the learners in words tangible (tacit knowledge) or clearly measurable. Note: The conditioning is a learning process of appeal re action patterns! > In the behaviourist psychology, conditioning is learning stimulus reaction patterns (stimulus-response). Basis of these learning theories is the assumption that internal operations such as feelings and thoughts to be able to investigate, the so-called black-box model never scientifically. Note: The man is black box today for the science! There are two basic types of conditioning: 1.die classical conditioning concerns raised natural behavior (the student body has no control over the appeal or his reaction motor > sensors) and 2.die instrumental or operant conditioning that concerns originally spontaneous behavior, that is targeted according to perceived consequence. Each of us has been conditioned early: the nature helps us to distinguish it from such as good and bad foods.
