Formation of the personnel 3 GENERATION OF the WRITTEN DOCUMENTATION QUALITY SYSTEM a SdC is always constituted by a document collection that forms the documentary base and the demonstration of everything what it is realised in the Company is documented, is applied and fulfilled norm ISO 9001.

These documents are: Manual of Quality, Manual of Procedures Work instructions specific Plans of Quality Specifications of materials and/or products Registries and forms QUALITY MANUAL Is the document that reflects the commitments of the Direction and that serves as explanation of how the Quality is managed. It consists of the following sections: Policy of Quality Organization of the Company Reference to the procedures and instructions to assure the SdC Revisions of the SdC MANUAL OF PROCEDURES This document constitute all the operative procedures that describe the different activities from the Company to assure that to a product or service according to the requirements of the client is obtained. Although its composition is variable and depends on the activity of the Company (manufacture, storage, commercialization, services, etc.), are some are common like for example: Organization and responsibilities Revision of the contract Evaluation of suppliers Treatment of nonconformities Remedial actions and preventive Satisfaction of the client Control of the quality registries Internal audits of quality Formation of the personnel Also are others are associated to the activity of the Company, as they can be: Design and development Planning for the accomplishment of the product or service Processes related to the client Management of purchases Control of pursuit and measurement WORK INSTRUCTIONS Are those that they describe specifically how the activities are carried out that describe the procedures. They are not always necessary and they are only realised based on the complexity of the activity. Examples can be.
